Integrated Management Systems Announces New Labor Management System for Companies with Large Labor Forces

KENT, WA—December 18, 2008 – Integrated Management Systems (IMS), a leading warehouse and distribution outsourcing firm, today announced a new product - Labor Performance LMS, an on-demand labor management system for labor-intensive businesses.

Labor Performance LMS is an online pay-for-performance software platform which uses a proprietary process to increase workforce productivity.  The system provides daily feedback and rewards to employees based on their own level of productivity.  The platform handles the complexity inherent in this approach and enables companies to reduce their cost of labor while increasing employee morale and productivity.

“Labor Performance LMS will consistently increase client productivity by an average of 20% to 30%,” said Dean Dorcas, CEO.  “We’ve been using it for some of our largest clients and we’ve saved them millions of dollars in labor costs while increasing the productivity at their facilities,” he said.

Labor Performance LMS fills a need in the market for a program that bridges the gap between accounting’s need for information management and operation’s need to motivate and incentivize employees.  The software produces daily productivity reports showing employees precisely how they performed relative to Labor Standards and how much they earned in bonuses for the day.  The Company says the product is designed for any company with 30 or more employees working in labor intensive positions.  This includes warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing operations, oil and gas product facilities and many others.

Features of the product include:

►Software That Is Both Powerful and Flexible
Labor Performance LMS is designed to be flexible enough to incorporate the unique aspects of a Client’s Pay for Performance program while still providing the main drivers that make an incentive program effective.

►Employee Bonuses Are Based Directly on the Employee’s Productivity Level
The most effective incentive programs base employee bonuses on individual or small group performance.  Employees whose performance score exceeds the Production Goals for the day will earn a bonus for that day.

►Daily Feedback on Productivity and Bonuses
Daily reports give employees, supervisors and managers vital performance information.  Every employee will know where he or she stands on a daily basis. The Daily Performance Report lists each person’s daily results, the person’s lifetime average productivity and an adjusted goal for the employee based on length of employment.

►Supervisor Bonuses Build Commitment
The Productivity Metrics give the supervisors and management visibility to see exactly how each employee is performing in their position regardless of the work performed.  This allows supervisors to recognize and praise good performance and to counsel and eventually replace those employees who fail to meet the required standards.

►Customized Reports
Labor Performance LMS produces daily reporting that provides employees, supervisors and senior management with vital productivity information.  Daily Production Reports give a detailed breakdown of each task completed by the employee and a summary of his or her results for the day.

►Training and Support
IMS offers online training and support for the use of the Labor Performance LMS software as well as optional consulting help for the design and implementation of an effective Pay for Performance system.

Labor Performance LMS will be launched in January of 2009.  The Company is selling the product directly to end users.
