Our solution remedies this situation by allowing general laborers to reach their potential through a performance-based bonus structure.  The bonuses reward top performers only while identifying the disengaged bottom performer and allowing proactive intervention.  

You save money when you pay bonuses

We set bonus levels at 10 to 25% higher than the current level of productivity.  The employee is then paid a percentage of the savings he or she creates.  Finally, no labor incentives are actually paid until measured labor costs go down.  It’s a matter of determining how much of the savings is paid to employees and how much drops to the bottom line on the P & L statement.  The end result is a win-win for the company and for the employees.

Supervisors and employees need to know where things stand at all times because visibility leads to accountability. We track individual productivity daily and provide a report to the employee to create total visibility.  Metrics must be fair and equitable for all employees regardless of the work and tracking, reports, and visibility must be calibrated for individuals on a daily basis.   During the implementation process we work with you to develop the labor standards you demand to help you achieve the success you need.
