Labor metrics and standards give you objective evaluation results on your employees. However, there are often subjective criteria that affect the value of that employee for your organization. An employee who is a top producer, but does so at the expense of other employees, may not be the right person for your organization. Conversely, you may have a lower producing employee that brings a degree of leadership and motivation to the work floor that increases over all production. It is important that these subjective factors be measured as well.
Labor Performance has a customizable employee evaluation program that allows the user to design the evaluation criteria and frequency that those criteria need to be measured. The system pushes out the evaluation requirements to your designated supervisors on your desired frequency for evaluation. All of this data then is rolled up into an Employee Scorecard that shows how each employee ranks against all employees based on productivity, subjective measurements, time and attendance, etc.
